Our Services
ScaleNova Media provides digital marketing services, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, search engine optimization (SEO), website development, social media marketing, Google Business Profile management, and other related services agreed upon with the client.
The exact scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and service charges will be communicated and agreed upon before the project or service begins.
Payment Terms
Clients are required to pay 80% of the total agreed service fee in advance before work begins. The remaining 20% must be paid upon completion of the agreed work or before the final delivery, launch, or handover, as applicable to the service.
For monthly digital marketing services, the applicable advance payment and billing schedule will be confirmed before the start of the service period. Work may be paused if a payment is overdue.
Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads are separate from ScaleNova Media's service fees unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Any third-party tools, subscriptions, hosting, domain, paid plugins, production expenses, or other external costs will be charged separately when applicable and approved by the client.
Project Scope and Additional Work
ScaleNova Media will provide the services agreed upon with the client. Any additional work, new requirements, major revisions, or changes outside the agreed scope may involve additional charges and timelines. Such changes will be communicated to the client before proceeding.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, necessary content, approvals, access credentials, and other materials required to deliver the services. Delays in providing these items or approving work may affect project timelines and results.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the information, images, claims, and materials they provide are accurate and that they have the necessary rights to use them.
Timelines and Results
Estimated timelines will be shared based on the scope of work. Timelines may change due to delayed approvals, missing information, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Digital marketing results depend on several factors, including competition, budget, audience, website performance, platform policies, and market conditions. ScaleNova Media does not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, rankings, revenue, or return on advertising spend.
Cancellation of Services
Clients who wish to cancel a service must inform ScaleNova Media in writing. Any outstanding payments for work already completed, services already delivered, or approved third-party expenses incurred up to the cancellation date will remain payable.
For ongoing monthly services, the applicable notice period and cancellation arrangements will be communicated in the service agreement or written confirmation.
Refund Policy
Payments for work already completed, services already delivered, or third-party costs already incurred or committed with the client's approval are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law and the terms agreed with the client.
If a project is cancelled before work begins, any refund of the amount paid will be assessed based on the work initiated, costs incurred, and the cancellation terms agreed upon with the client.
If ScaleNova Media is unable to deliver an agreed service, we will discuss an appropriate resolution with the client, which may include completing the work, rescheduling the service, or considering a refund where applicable.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or other rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve third-party platforms and tools, including Google, Meta, website hosting providers, and other software services. Their availability, policies, fees, and decisions are outside our control. ScaleNova Media is not responsible for platform outages, account restrictions, policy changes, or decisions made by these providers.
Intellectual Property
Ownership and usage rights for project deliverables will be governed by the written agreement with the client. Unless otherwise agreed, any third-party assets, software, templates, plugins, or licensed materials remain subject to their respective licence terms.
Confidentiality
ScaleNova Media will take reasonable steps to protect confidential business information shared by clients and will use it only as needed to provide the agreed services, subject to legal requirements and applicable third-party service arrangements.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ScaleNova Media will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or third-party platforms. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to These Terms
ScaleNova Media may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page, along with the revised date where appropriate.
