Service Payments
All clients are required to review and understand the service details, pricing, scope of work, and payment terms before confirming a service with ScaleNova Media.
Once a service has been confirmed and payment has been made, our team begins planning, allocating resources, and working on the agreed deliverables.
No Refund for Change of Mind
If you purchase a monthly service from ScaleNova Media and request a refund after just two or three days because you have changed your mind, no immediate results have appeared, or you no longer wish to continue, the payment will generally not be refunded.
For example, if you purchase a one-month digital marketing service and request your money back after a few days, we will continue working on the agreed services for the applicable service period rather than refunding the payment, subject to the agreed scope of work and applicable law.
Digital Marketing Results
Digital marketing services such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media marketing require time, testing, optimization, and ongoing effort. Results may vary depending on your business, industry, advertising budget, competition, target audience, and other factors.
We do not guarantee specific leads, sales, rankings, revenue, or results within a fixed number of days. A lack of immediate results alone does not qualify for a refund.
Cancellation of Monthly Services
If you decide to discontinue a monthly service after it has started, the amount already paid will generally not be refundable simply because you choose not to continue. ScaleNova Media will provide the agreed services for the applicable paid period, in accordance with the service agreement.
Any cancellation requests for future service periods should be communicated to us in writing before the next billing cycle, in accordance with the agreed cancellation terms.
Exceptions and Service Issues
If ScaleNova Media is unable to provide a service that has been agreed upon, please contact us so we can review the matter and discuss an appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include completing the agreed work, rescheduling the service, or considering a refund where applicable.
This policy does not exclude any refund or other rights that may be required under applicable law.
Advertising Budget and Third-Party Charges
Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads is separate from ScaleNova Media's service fee unless agreed otherwise in writing. Refunds for advertising spend, third-party subscriptions, hosting, domains, or other external charges are subject to the relevant provider's policies and the arrangements agreed with the client.
